SN Travels and Tourism Limited provides visa guidance, travel consultation, holiday packages, and document assistance services. We act as a facilitator and advisor — all final visa decisions are made by the relevant embassies or immigration authorities.

We do not guarantee visa approval. Approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or authority.
We do not represent any government body or embassy.
Our role is to guide, prepare, and support your application process.

3. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during any application or inquiry. SN Travels shall not be held liable for delays or refusals resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Fees & Payments

Service fees are agreed upon before work begins. Embassy/consulate visa fees are separate and are not included in our service charge unless explicitly stated. All payments are non-refundable once document preparation has commenced, subject to our Refund Policy below.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of SN Travels and Tourism Limited and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

SN Travels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from visa refusal, embassy delays, force majeure events, or any information provided in good faith that subsequently changes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Refund & Cancellation

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Fees

Our consultation and document preparation fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you cancel before any work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

2. Visa Refusal

In the unfortunate event of a visa refusal, our service fee is non-refundable. Embassy/consulate visa fees are governed by the issuing authority's own policies and are typically non-refundable.

3. Holiday Packages

Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: full refund minus admin fee
Cancellations 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Cancellations within 14 days of departure: no refund

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Info@sntravelsandtourism.co.uk.

4. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, or government travel restrictions.
