Absolutely. Every package we offer is tailored to your requirements. You choose the destination, duration, hotel category, and activities. We build the itinerary around you — we do not offer rigid, off-the-shelf packages.

Yes. Group and family bookings are something we specialise in. We coordinate multiple visa applications, match group travel dates, and often negotiate better rates for hotel and flight blocks for groups of 6 or more.

In the rare event of a visa refusal, we work to reapply with a stronger file. If a reapplication is not possible in time, we advise on refundable hotel and flight bookings upfront to protect your investment. We also review refusal reasons and advise on next steps.

We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your travel date to allow time for visa processing and to secure the best flight prices. For peak travel periods (summer, Christmas, school holidays), 10–12 weeks is ideal. Last-minute arrangements are possible in some cases — contact us and we'll advise.
